2265 PU Adhesive

Size: 1 litre

Adhere 50 tiles or 5m2 approx

Specially designed to adhere Castile Promenade Tiles to bituminous felt roofs, Sanded Asphalt and almost all other flat roof surfaces.

During curing, the adhesive absorbs moisture from the atmosphere and expands providing a firm support to the tile. This results in an effective and practical fixing method which can even be used in damp and humid conditions. When cured the adhesive retains a degree of flexibility to allow for thermal and structural movement of the tiles and roof which cementitious tile adhesives do not.

PU adhesive is supplied in 1 litre bottles with nozzle. One bottle will adhere approximately 50 tiles or 5m2. The adhesive is applied by simply cutting the nozzle at the mark, which will give a 3-4mm bead, applying as per the diagram below. It is very important that the adhesive as applied as per the instructions.

Should too much adhesive be used or should it be applied too close to the edge the expanding action will force the foamed adhesive up through the gaps between tiles. Should this happen do not try to remove when wet! Leave till dry then carefully cut off with craft knife and remove marks with wire wool or similar.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely amazing customer service from Fraser Brown! We had a delivery of outdoor tiles this morning, and our construction team was struggling to figure out how to use the levelling discs supplied. Fraser immediately stepped in and provided a direct WhatsApp number so the team could send videos and speak to him directly. The issue was resolved within five minutes. A huge thank you to Fraser for such responsive and hands-on support — truly appreciated!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A great experience with Castle Composites! We purchased the EPDM Rubber Tiles in ‘Sunburst’ for the kids’ play area section of our garden. Fraser was a wonderful help - from the first phone call enquiring about the product, showing us samples at the warehouse, liaising throughout the ordering and production process (and for helping with a later change to increase our order quantity within the same batch), to ensuring smooth delivery, Fraser’s customer service was fantastic and very much appreciated. The play area is now fully installed in our garden and we are delighted with the finished product. Thank you!
